Its like being in love all over again! haha.. If looks are anything to go by, I think Apple Inc. (formerly known as Apple Computers Inc.) have hit the nail smack centre in the head.
I'm wondering why I jumped in so early and bought my HP iPAQ 6828, (no doubt it works well, minus the occasional crashes which seems to be happening more often these days) because from the reviews, it seems pretty much the same price as I payed for my pocket pc.
Apple and Steve Jobs has always had the knack of making the most beautiful electrical gizmo's I've seen, right from the iMac to the iPod and now the iPhone. However having said that, the Apple OsX that the iPhone is going to be running on, will not allow third party software to be installed onto it, only those made by Apple, unlike your Windows Mobile system that allows the above. But I can bet a million bucks that the iPhone is gonna be so much more stable then those Pocket PCs.
Well I guess time will tell, as the iPhone only reaches our shores in 2008, that gives lots of time for hackers out there to do their jobs. And maybe, just maybe, by the time it gets here, it'll be giving me serious thoughts about chucking my lovely, easily configurable iPAQ for another 'i.' Well at least I'll still be 'I.'
